Bayers, Mazie Marie of Porters Lake and formerly of Musquodoboit Harbour, died peacefully in Dartmouth General Hospital on December 26th, 2023.
She was predeceased by her husband, Larry Manuel; brothers, Basil (Sarah) and Jim (Marny).
She is survived by children, Paul Bilham and Terri Bilham (Bruce); step-daughters, Nicole (Mark) and Laurie Ann (Kevin); grandchildren, Jordan (Hayley) and Justin (Darby); two great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
A special thank you to Mark and Danielle Bayers for all the love and support they offered Mazie throughout the years. Also, a special thank you to the Emergency Department and staff of 3 East in Dartmouth General for their kindness and compassion shown during a difficult time.
Cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
