MacDougall, Alma Marina – 85, of Halifax, peacefully passed away on June 16, 2020 in QEII, V.G. Site.
Marina was predeceased by her husband, Allen Webb; son, Randy; parents, John and Ida MacDougall; sisters, Elsie, Florence; brother, Francis; and nephew, Richard. She is survived by her daughters, Jean, Paula (Blaize); granddaughters, Mikayla, Renée; great grandson, Blaize; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Our Mom loved spending time with her family. Every special occasion, Mom took great pride in preparing a wonderful meal that included her delicious potato salad and homemade rolls. In her younger years, she loved to polka and jive, especially with her nephew, Richard. In her later years, she enjoyed going to bingo and watching CNN.
Jean and Paula send a huge thank you to all Capital Health nurses, doctors, VON and Bayshore caregivers who were involved with our Mom’s care. We send a very special “thank you” to Pat Bentley. When Mom became less active, your daily visits were the highlight of her day.
Funeral Service will be held at Preeper Hill Cemetery, Shubenacadie. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Arimathea Funeral Cooperative, Upper Musquodoboit.
