Hill, Pearl Vivan– Age 97, Truro, and formerly of Middle Musquodoboit, passed away on November 1, 2016, in Cedarstone Enhanced Care, Truro. Born in Upper Musquodoboit, she was a daughter of the Charles and Ella (Jennings) Miller.
Pearl had been a long-time member of the Rebekah Assembly of the Atlantic Provinces. She worked in the office at Brookfield Creamery for over 30 years. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother, and will always be loved by sons, Rodney (Marie), Truro; Brian (Elaine), Halifax; Tracey (Trudy), North River; grandchildren, Andrew, Derrick, Darrell, Tim, Debra, Amanda, Tyler, Shelley; ten great-grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Wyman; sons, Charles, Eric, Gary; grandson, Rodney; brothers, Lloyd, Austin; sister, Jean.
Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at a later date in Hillside Cemetery, Middle Musquodoboit. Memorial donations may be made to Middle Musquodoboit Cemetery Corporation, c/o Michael McFetridge, Middle Musquodoboit, NS B0N 1X0.
