Dillman, Beverly Ann – age 73, of Lantz, passed away peacefully on March 28, 2024 in Wynn Park Villa, Truro.
Born in Noranda, Quebec, she was a daughter of the late Basil and Ruby (Parsons) Ettinger.
Beverly was a strong, independent woman who had a unique sense of humor and loved playing jokes. She was a devoted family person and everyone knew that she was there for them. She enjoyed cooking, baking, family gatherings and spending time with her grandchildren. Beverly had a wonderful organization of her money and could make the dollar count.
She will always be loved and missed by son, Bobby (Dorothy), Pictou County; daughter, Ruby Ann (Kenny), Antrim; grandchildren, Jolynn (Jimmy), Alex (Jenna), Leanna (Mitchell), John Allen (Sky), Bridget, Cameron (Roisin), Amanda (Cody); great-grandchildren, Aralyn, Blaire, Johnnie, Anthony, Emma Jean, Wesley, Andon, Vander, Emerson, Logan; siblings, David Parsons, Minesville; Francis Halvorsen (Richard), Lake Echo; Doug Ettinger (Norma), Mississauga; Betty Jonah, Halifax; Jeannette Ettinger (Danny), Verdun; Jim Ettinger (Sue), Red Deer; Joyce Otto (Cliff), Upper Sackville; as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, John; daughter, Pamela; sister-in-law, Margaret; brother-in-law, Jon.
Cremation has taken place.
A graveside service will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
