Isenor, Leo Grant – Age 70, of Lantz, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on June 5, 2023 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Lantz, he was the eldest son of Francis (Ashley) and the late Lloyd Isenor.
Leo was an employee of L.E. Shaw Limited for most of his life. He was quite proud to see brick buildings while out on family road trips and would say, “I bet I made those bricks.”
He will be sadly missed by his life partner of 49 years, Debbie Keyes; daughters, Sandi (Ashley), Holly; granddaughters, Alaina, Carmyn (Dawson); and his grandpuppy, Moe. He is also survived by six siblings and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by niece, Amanda; brothers, Howard and Jeff in infancy.
Cremation has taken place.
As per Leo’s wishes, there will be no service. His family asks that anyone who knew him celebrate him by listening to the song “Walk of Life” by Dire Straits as it was his favourite song to dance to.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses involved in his care over the past few months.
