Huey, Larry Vernon – of Truro and formerly of Sydney, passed away in The Mira, Truro, on Thursday, September 28, 2023. Born in Halifax in 1949, he grew up in Stewiacke, then moved to Sydney, where he became a cook.
He is survived by daughter, Marion; son, Larry, both of Alberta; sisters, Sylvia McDougall, Patricia Ann (Jim Kelly); twin sister, Leona Verta McNutt; brothers, Milburn Frederick and Bill Huey (Susan); and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by parents, Milburn and Marion (Benjamin) Huey; and sister, Linda Langille.
A burial will be held in Pine Grove Cemetery, Stewiacke East.
