MacIntosh, Evelyn Annie – 1942-2022 Age 79, of Musquodoboit Harbour. It is with broken hearts that I announce the passing of my mother on July 13, 2022 in Musquodoboit Valley Memorial Hospital.
She was a daughter of the late Charles Edward and Jenny (Clattenburg) Slade.
She was a kind, loving lady who loved life. She loved to knit her dishcloths and sell them at Jeddore Variety. Special Thanks to Paul and Bonita for keeping her busy.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her daughter, Johna MacIntosh (Jeroen Driessen); granddaughter, Santana Hicks; her beloved little dog (Chippy) and her dear companion, Clifford Faulkner; special nieces, Hertha Wilmott, Sherbrooke; Marilyn Hennigar, Cole Harbour; JoAnn Boudreau, New Brunswick; and many other nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, John Russell MacIntosh; brothers, Benny, Ivan; sisters, Frances, Lois, Irma, Gwen, Marie.
Cremation has taken place. Funeral service will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made to Twin Oaks Hospital, Musquodoboit Valley Memorial Hospital, St. Thomas Anglican Church, or to the Cancer Society.
