Leck, Ralph Gordon – Age 79, of Halifax and formerly of Falmouth, died March 11, 2022 in V.G. Site QE11, Halifax.
Born in Shubenacadie, he was a son of the late Norman and Margaret (Gould) Leck.
Ralph was a retired school teacher.
Surviving are his niece, Laurette Palmer; nephew, Andrew (Darra) Palmer and their children, William and Aylen; brother-in-law, John Palmer, all of Ontario; aunt, Shirley Gould; cousins, Karen Harris, Judy MacIvor, Faye Cooper, Nancy Gallant and their families in Nova Scotia; also a number of close friends in Falmouth and Halifax. He will be missed by the staff of 7A Palliative Care Unit where he volunteered for many years and the friends that he made from St. Andrews United Church suppers who were like family to him.
Cremation has taken place.
There will be no visitation or funeral service.
The family would like to thank CNIB and the Canadian Cancer Society for all their outstanding care and support over the years.
