Robinson, Lawrence Underwood – Age 87, of Maitland, passed away December 8, 2022 in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro.
Born in Maitland, he was a son of the late Charles and Matilda Robinson.
Lawrence grew up on the family farm and spent his early working years with Freize and Roy General Store and Department of Highways. During this time, he also did carpentry ending his career at Springhurst. Many people in the community have his handiwork in their homes. He enjoyed the time spent working on his beef farm.
Surviving are his sons, Charles (Karen), Bradley; daughter, Millie (Ron); grandson, Hudson; sister, Ellen Jean; companion, Joan.
He was predeceased by siblings, Jessie, Louis and a brother in infancy.
Cremation has taken place.
A private burial will be held in Oak Island Cemetery, Maitland.
