Watson, Thomas Patrick – age 78, of Shubenacadie East, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2021 in Vimy Court, Bible Hill with his family by his side.
Most of his life Tommy was an Ironworker. He was a life time member of Local 752. He was a licensed fisherman on the Stewiacke and Shubenacadie Rivers. In his younger years, he enjoyed playing ball, but was interested in most sports, especially darts, winning a number of championships.
Tommy is survived by his wife, Sharron (Dennis); daughter, Chrystal; son, Patrick; granddaughter, Bry Ettinger; brothers, Robert (Wilma), Barrie, ON; Lester (Connie), Angus, ON; sister, Kathleen (Frank), Falmouth; several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Robert and Sylvia (Whidden) Watson he was predeceased by sisters, Maureen, Norah, Bonnie; brothers, Richard, James and John.
In accordance to Tommy’s wishes, there will be no service. “Just raise a glass in Tommy’s memory”.
The family wishes to thank the VON nurses who cared for Tommy at home over the years and to the staff of Vimy Court.
