Crooks, Glenn David – Age 61, of Porters Lake, passed away suddenly on August 17, 2019, at home. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late John and Lottie (Barker) Crooks.
Glenn enjoyed fishing, his work as a baker at Sobey’s, and as a cook at McKay’s Restaurant.
He leaves behind his sister, Maxine; nephew, Jon; stepdaughters, Casey and Ember; uncle, Roy Barker; numerous cousins.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Arimathea Funeral Cooperative, Upper Musquodoboit.
A Celebration of Life will be held on September 16, from 2-6 p.m., in McKay’s Restaurant, Porters Lake. Memorial donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
