Crozier, Vaunda Marie – Age 83 of East Jeddore, passed away suddenly on August 29, 2017, in the Halifax Infirmary, QEII. Born in Charlottetown, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Murial Westerguard.
Vaunda enjoyed her career as a make-up artist for CBC Halifax for 22 years. She had a great passion for the ocean, sailing and boats. Vaunda will always be known for her love of crafts, jewellery design and sewing.
Surviving are her loving husband, Edward “Ted” Duggan; daughters, Laurie (Alain) Brisebois, Brampton, Ont.; Dolores (Perry) Castle, Middle Musquodoboit; sister, Donalda Baker and her children, Andrea, Edgar and Scott, all of Dartmouth; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Cremation has taken place. All are invited to a Celebration of Life on Saturday from 2-4 p.m., at 119 Baker’s Point Rd., East Jeddore. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
Special thanks to the staff of the Halifax Infirmary for their wonderful care, and to Brian Rogers and Noreen McQuire for all their love and support. Vanda held angels close to her heart and always believed that angels walked among us.
