Partridge, Jean –It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Jean Partridge on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 in Brookfield surrounded by family and just shy of her 90th birthday.
Jean was predeceased by her parents, Jessie and Rayvernal Mills; as well as her late husbands, Ed Giles and Roy Partridge. She was a beloved mother to Neta (Frank, deceased), Beverly (William), Donalda and Shane; grandmother to Michelle (Courtney), Ammanda (Ben), Katrina (Shawn), Matthew (Cateal), Deidra (William) and Colin (Alexandra); and treasured Gigi to her great-grandchildren, Finn, Duncan, Paytyn, Keagan, Kole, Hawksley and Wren.
Jean was born and raised in Dartmouth. She found her way to the west coast in the 1970’s and fell in love with the community of Stewart, B.C. As the years progressed, Jean split her time between the east and west coast, finally making her way back to Nova Scotia to live with her daughter, Neta.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff at Elk Court for their compassionate care of Jean.
There will be no service at this time.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the SPCA or animal shelter of your choice.
