Rogers, Frances Ethel - Age 80 of Middle Musquodoboit, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2021 with family by her side.
Born in Middle Musquodoboit, she was a daughter of the late John and Alice (Annand) Rogers.
Frances always supported the church through donations to suppers, volunteering in the community and could often be found with her knitting in her hands. She enjoyed going to Jimmy’s for coffee and conversation, and taking a drive to count the deer.
Surviving are her sister, Jessie, Truro; many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
She was predeceased by brothers, Clarence, Stanley, Bill; sister, Florence.
Cremation has taken place.
Funeral service will be held Friday at 1 p.m., in Middleton United Church, Middle Musquodoboit, with Rev. Allan Lynk officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery at a later date.
Everyone wishing to attend the service must provide proof of being fully vaccinated, a government-issued ID, and masks are required.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
Arrangements are under the direction of Arimathea Funeral Cooperative, Upper Musquodoboit.
