Beth loved to be active and over the years, she played hockey, curled, played ball, and figure skated.  She had a variety of hobbies, collecting many treasures over the years including depression glass and cookie jars. Beth loved thrifting of all kinds. She often said that she was "born in a bargain basement." She enjoyed crafts and painting, using encaustic wax painting and oil painting as techniques. She loved to read, play cards, garden, camp, and travel.

Beth’s family owes a debt of gratitude to the medical team on the Fourth Floor, 4 West of Dartmouth General Hospital for their kindness and compassion during her illness and passing.  They also give thanks to Rev.
