Gale, Sylvia Etta – Age 76, Sheet Harbour, passed away May 4, 2015, in Dartmouth General Hospital. Born in Caribou Gold Mines, she was a daughter of the late Lloyd and Verna (Kindervater) Brown. Sibby was an avid walker and loved the outdoors. Her family came first in her life and she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She will always be loved by daughters, Kathy (Chris), Moncton; Kelly, Sheet Harbour; grandchildren, Brittany (Nathaniel), Jake; great-granddaughters, Lily and Briea; seven sisters, two brothers. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter.
Cremation has taken place. Funeral service will be Friday at 2 p.m. in Living Water Baptist Church, Sheet Harbour, Pastor Steve Brunt officiating. Burial will be at a later date. No flowers by request. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
Arrangements are under the direction of Arimathea Funeral Cooperative, Upper Musquodoboit.
