Myers, Edward Addington – Age 84 of Myers Point passed away March 21, 2025.
In his younger days, he worked as a guide and for the Department of Highways, Siteman’s Garage and then Conrad’s Trucking until his retirement. He built his own home where he lived until he passed.
Edward is survived by his son, Stephen, whom he was proud to have follow in his footsteps, and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his son, Terry Donald; parents, Hillman and Stella (Day); sisters, Brenda Butler, Enid Hare; brothers, Clarence, Ernest, Keith, Donald and Glenroy.
Special thanks to Darrell and Jolanda Myers, Robert, Irvin and Harry Rafuse, Earl Day, Mark DeBaie, Bonnie and Lou Lambert for their many visits with Dad.
Also, thanks to the doctors and nurses at Twin Oaks Hospital for his care.
Cremation has taken place under the care of Arimathea Funeral Cooperative. Private burial at a later date.
A Celebration of Life will be held on April 5 from 2-4 p.m. in St. James Hall, Dolby Hill, Head Jeddore.
